You might be here because:

  • You need help communicating your needs to your partner.

  • Your partner has become your roommate, and you want more.

  • You are mistrusting your partner and want to regain that trust.

  • Things are going fine, but you want to be sure before you take the plunge.

Frequent arguments make it difficult to reconnect emotionally, leading to insecurity about yourself and the relationship.

You may start questioning whether you want to continue in this relationship and may not be sure how to repair the damage that has been done.

Or perhaps you've been in a long-term relationship, and you've grown tired of the routine of life but don't know how to express that to your partner.

How I can help:

Relationships take a lot of work.

I can assist in evaluating if the relationship has reached its natural conclusion or if it can be revitalized.

I focus on teaching effective communication and promoting openness between partners.

My role involves maintaining neutrality, understanding both points of view, and facilitating compromise.

In addition, I can provide support during the transition from a romantic relationship to co-parenting, especially if children are involved.

Sliding-scale fees are available through a company called OpenPath

  • Yes,

I work with a company called Open Path. They are a non-profit organization specializing in helping lower-income people connect with therapists who are willing to charge a lower rate within the parameters set by Open Path.

I am utilizing this organization because it removes the need for me to comb through your finances and complete the required paperwork to offer you a lower rate. I also like what they are doing, and want to support their work.

  • No, not at this time. (But I am working on changing that)

I currently only accept self-pay at the time of service.

However, I can provide a detailed superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if your plan allows out-of-network (OON) coverage.

If you are unsure if your insurance provider/plan allows OON benefits, you can call your provider and ask about behavioral health benefits.
