What is Intuitive Therapy?

Intuitive Therapy
It is a type of therapy that is focused on balancing the realities of life within the context of our five senses and the complexities that come with being able to tap into the 6th sense.

You might be here because:
You walk into a room and suddenly feel overwhelmed, almost like you want to crawl out of your skin, and you have no idea why.
You know someone else feels anger, sadness, love, or jealousy, yet their body language suggests otherwise, confusing you.
You feel in your gut that something is off, and it turns out to be true.
Your intuitive hits are sometimes hit or miss, and you doubt yourself more than you trust yourself.
You enjoy going to psychics/getting readings but would like to do it for yourself.
You have read all the spiritual books you can access yet do not know where to go from here.
You are frustrated that you can not get in touch with your intuition/struggling to trust yourself.
You are on the spiritual path, but it has ups and downs, and you wonder if you are doing it right.

You hide from others because you fear they will judge you, and stay quiet when you know something is off. After all, a part of you questions the validity of it.

Then, there is also the fear of “magical thinking” or being labeled as mentally ill.
Yet, something keeps urging you forward, and you do not want to acknowledge it.
I understand the ebb and flow that can come with this type of awareness.
I am also skeptical. This is important for me to acknowledge because the biggest lesson I’ve learned is that it is all about
Balance, not blind faith.

How Can I Help?
I have studied spirituality for over 20 years and have become highly intuitive. Some may even call me a medium.
I choose not to utilize these skills by giving readings.
I am more interested in helping others learn to fine-tune their skills.
My mission is to instill wisdom, authenticity, and self-trust, which cannot be handed to you.
Instead of reading for you, I’ll help you learn to trust yourself.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
I can, but I won’t.
I’d prefer to help you learn to get in touch with your intuition, higher self, spirit guide, etc.
-
You don’t, and I am sorry for that.
Scam artists are why it has taken me 20-plus years to come to terms with this part of myself. To have the courage even to offer this service.
Yet I also feel it is needed, as more and more people get in touch with their spiritual nature.

Good question and my honest answer is I’m not sure. Everything is an energy exchange in some shape or form. The standard is money, and I’ve seen people charge hundreds of dollars for classes.
While I understand the reasoning, it feels icky to me, for sometimes it becomes about the money.
Given the nature of the services, I feel that a discussion between myself and whoever decides to utilize this service is required.

As a therapist, I spend hours daily keeping a safe space for vulnerable people. My job is to help these people heal while following the ACA's Ethical Standards.
The ACA does not have standards for spiritual healing, so I follow the guidelines set up by the Council for Healing. You can read them here.
On a personal level, I keep this side of me separate from my Therapy practice. Even if something does come in, I maintain appropriate boundaries and usually keep whatever it is to myself.
